<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a skeleton structure for automobile doors whose frame sash and inner panel are integrated by insert-casting a part of a door frame sash with an inner panel, while suppressing deformation of the door frame sash having a rail groove and/or a hollow cross section, in molding the inner panel, a method of producing the skeleton structure for automobile doors and a connection structure for door frame sash having high rigidity.SOLUTION: A skeleton structure for automobile doors includes a door frame sash and an inner panel. The door frame sash has a rail groove and/or a hollow part, and the inner panel is an injection molding. In molding the inner panel, the door frame sash and the inner panel are integrated by insert-casting a part of the door frame sash with the inner panel. The rail groove and/or the hollow part of the door frame sash has a holding back member for holding back an influx of an injection material for the inner panel.</p> |
