Provided is an optical laminate for the front surface of an in-cell touch panel liquid crystal element that makes it possible to achieve a thin shape while maintaining essential function and that is capable of preventing clouding in a liquid crystal screen. The optical laminate comprises a phase difference plate, a polarizing film, and a surface protection film in this order and additionally comprises a conductive layer. The surface protection film has optical anisotropy that disrupts linear polarized light emitted from the polarizing film, and the thickness of the optical laminate is 90-450 µm.
