<p>Disclosed is a remote contract synchronous signing system. The present invention relates to a contract signing system. The remote contract synchronous signing system comprises multiple computer terminals, and signing machines with functions of scanning and printing a contract to be signed and printing an official seal, the computer terminals located in different geographic positions being connected and performing data transmission by using a network, and each computer terminal being separately connected to one signing machine. A advantage is that a dishonest or distrustful phenomenon does not occur when a contract is signed by using the remote contract synchronous signing system. In addition, in this mode, all parties that are to sign the contract do not need to gather at a same place, therefore, cost is very low, no time delay occurs, and the efficiency can be effectively improved.</p> |
