The centre part 4 of a transverse bearer 5 is displaced forwardly by the parts 6 so that the floor which is secured to the underside of the bearers 2, 4 and 5 extends into the space between the wheels 3. The part 4 may be straight or curved, be coplanar with the parts 5 or be above or below them and its cross-section may be round or triangular. The parts 6 may be releasably attached to the parts 4 and 5 and be strengthened by fillets 8. The parts 5 and 6 may be integral and may be of angular arcuate in plan. |
