The present invention relates to an activity evaluation method of a GPR43 (G protein receptor 43) activity adjusting material. In particular, the present invention comprises: a cell line which measures cAMP, the density of which is changed according to the activity of GPR43; a cell line which is expressed when GPR4 and GFP are fused by using the property of GPR43, of being moved into a cell when activated; and a cell line which is expressed when luciferase fragments are fused into GPR43 and beta-arrestin2, respectively, by using the property of GPR43, of being combined with beta-arrestine2 when activated, thus being used to evaluate the activity of a GPR43 activity adjusting material.
