Suggested are a cement mortar composition requiring a short repair time and low repair costs and having excellent workability and durability and a concrete structure repairing method using the same. With the composition and the method, the cement mortar composition, including 8-60 weight% of a fine aggregate, 8-60 weight% of an inorganic binding material, 0.1-20 weight% of a polymer binding material, and 0.1-20 weight% of water, is installed on a removed part of a damaged part and then cured. The polymer biding material includes 65-99 weight% of a styrene-acrylic resin, 0.1-15 weight% of a methyl methacrylate-butadiene rubber latex, 0.1-15 weight% of a styrene-acrylic ester resin, 0.1-15 weight% of a polyvinyl propionate resin, and 0.01-5 weight% of a polyvinyl acetate carboxylate resin. |
