PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a servo valve control device capable of determining automatically a level of a dither signal, not requiring a troublesome work for setting a proper level of the dither signal, not requiring time and work and capable of setting accurately an appropriate level of the dither signal.SOLUTION: This servo valve control device is constituted such that a dither signal is overlapped on an operation amount signal and outputted as an instruction signal to a servo valve, relative relation data of distortion rate (y) of the dither signal to a dither level is obtained, an inflection point of relative relation is attained and applied as a limit dither level of the dither signal and a reference dither signal more than the limit dither level is overlapped on the operation amount signal and outputted to the servo valve as the instruction signal. |
