PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a semiconductor light-emitting element which has a semiconductor layer on one principal surface of a translucent substrate and a reflective layer on a second principal surface opposite to the principal surface where the semiconductor layer is formed, and which can inhibit detachment between the translucent substrate and the reflective layer.SOLUTION: A semiconductor light-emitting element comprises: a first metal layer formed in contact with the second principal surface of a translucent substrate; a second metal layer formed around the first metal layer and at least in contact with the second principal surface or a lateral face of the translucent substrate; and a third metal layer formed on the second metal layer. The first metal layer has a reflectance to an emission peak wavelength of a luminescent layer higher than that of the second metal layer. The second metal layer has a sticking force with the translucent substrate greater than a sticking force between the first metal layer and the translucent substrate. |
