PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To form a plan of a production plan for making power rates lowest for each of a plurality of power rate plans in order to reduce the power rates of the whole factory, and support the selection of a power rate plan.SOLUTION: The power rate for each power rate plan is calculated based on a unit price of power rate for each power rate plan, consumption power for each step of producing products, and production plan information indicating a schedule for executing each step. Other production plan information is then obtained in which a schedule for executing each step is shifted and the sum of power rate being the lowest is output from among combinations of power rate plans and production plan information. |
