The method involves shredding of waste paper (1). The shredded waste paper is dissolved in water to a pulp. The chemical analysis of the reprocessed waste paper processing parameters is detected and subject to the treatment parameters. The composition of the waste paper is changed and the processing of waste paper is controlled. A gas sample is taken in the vicinity of the waste paper. The sample gas is chemically analyzed for processing parameters. An independent claim is included for a system for the processing of waste paper for reuse.
