The method involves forming an aperture base part (12) on a needle bed. An empty needle is provided on outer periphery of knitting needles. Overlap parts (21, 22) are arranged on an inner side retainer and an outer side retainer. Overlap partial setting-up process is performed to form setting-up parts on a region of the knitting needles. Stitch on outer periphery of a course is connected with the inner side retainer. Stitch on the outer periphery of the course is connected with the outer side retainer according to inner overlap field process. An independent claim is also included for a hose knitted fabric.
