An apparatus for cutting a welded part of panel is provided. An apparatus for cutting a welded part according to an embodiment of the present invention includes: a frame; a cutting table which is formed in the center of the frame for supporting the panel by forming a punch hole on which a welded part of the panel is located; a regulation unit which is formed on the top of the frame for regulating the vicinity of the welded part of the panel mounted on the cutting table; a heating unit which is installed in one side of the regulation unit for heating the welded part of the panel; and a punching unit which is installed in the lower part of the center of the cutting table for cutting the welded part of the panel heated by the heating unit through the punch hole.
