At least one of the multiple rollers comprises: a roller main body (21), and a subsidiary roller (22) coaxially connected to the roller main body (21). The roller main body (21) and the subsidiary roller (22) both have support points (212, 222) for delivering the glass substrate, each of the two support points (212, 222) equally distances from the axis of the rotation shaft (1), and the distance between the two support points (212, 222) can be adjusted. By using the roller, in the case of the limited mounting space for the rotation shaft, the number of the support rollers and the support points can be increased, and the span of the glass substrate between adjacent roller support points can be reduced.
