Disclosed are a method and system for providing golf driving distance ranking information. The method for providing golf driving distance ranking information includes the steps of receiving hitting result information of a participant in a golf driving distance contest from a main server for storing a driving distance database via a communication network; calculating a ranking of the hitting result of the participant within the driving distance database; and transmitting ranking information indicating a calculated raking from the main server via the communication network. Therefore, since a driving distance of a user is fairly measured and compared to the driving distances of other persons, the user can recognize a driving distance ranking of the user objectively. |
