The present invention relates to a skirt with a length-adjustable hem, and more specifically, to a skirt of which the length can be adjusted by attaching or detaching an attaching portion, respectively fixed to an attaching portion formed in multi-layers inside the skirt, thereby reducing costs associated with purchasing skirts of various lengths for women who enjoy wearing skirts or growing teenage girls. In addition, the wearer herself can adjust the length of the skirt using a length adjusting means, thereby creating various designs and fashion styles for further enhancing elegance for the appearance of the skirt. More specifically, the present invention relates to a functional skirt capable of adjusting the length of the hem of the skirt by adjusting the length of skirt by attaching or detaching the attaching portion respectively fixed to the attaching portion formed in multi-layers inside the skirt, thereby reducing costs associated with purchasing new skirts even when a wearer has skirts without defect, for women who enjoy wearing skirts, and saving resources by enabling the skirt to be worn for a very long time, while at the same time, allowing the creation of various designs and fashion styles. |
