The present invention relates to a waste oil evaporating combustion furnace, and is to obtain a high-efficiency waste oil combustor allowing waste oil to be recycled as an energy source, maximizing combustion efficiency, and minimizing the discharge of harmful gases. The waste oil evaporating combustion furnace according to the present invention comprises: an inner combustion furnace shaped into a hollow cylinder, and having multiple holes; and an outer combustion furnace having multiple holes, and surrounding the inner combustion furnace, wherein the outer combustion furnace and the outer surface of the inner combustion furnace have a certain space therebetween. The inner combustion furnace receiving fuel allows the fuel to be combusted therein, and then the fuel is combusted again between the inner combustion furnace and the outer combustion furnace so that the combustion efficiency can be improved, wherein the outer combustion furnace has flame guide rods at the holes thereof so that flames can be guided to be closed to the wall of a combustion chamber.
