PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a PC steel wire insertion machine which can efficiently insert PC steel wires vertically extended in a structure even in a narrow working space, which can reduce work hours and construction time, which can reduce construction costs, and which can improve working efficiency by preventing the PC steel wires from spreading out when they are inserted. SOLUTION: The PC steel wire insertion machine 10 is provided with a frame 11, a feed mechanism 30 having four feed rollers 31 which move the PC steel wire 1 toward one direction which is the nearly horizontal direction, and a guide mechanism 40 which guides the direction of the PC steel wire 1 which has been delivered from the feed mechanism 30 to the lower position in the vertical direction. The feed mechanism 30 is provided with a horizontal roller 32 which has been provided to both an entrance part E1 on the upstream side and an exit part E2 on the downstream side in the movement direction of the PC steel wire 1 and a pressure adjusting part 33 which retains the feed roller 31 at a constant pressure.
