摘要 The present invention relates to a device for measuring the diffusion speed of a gas, comprising: a first and a second airtight pressure vessel having heaters and temperature sensors therein, forming holes at side surfaces to which gas inlets and outlets are adhered, and arranging pressure meters on the tops for measuring internal pressure; a temperature displaying device connected to the temperature sensor for displaying the temperature measured by the temperature sensor; a differential pressure gauge connected to the first and the second airtight pressure vessel for measuring the pressure difference between the first and the second airtight pressure vessel; a timer connected to the differential pressure gauge, starting to perform an operation after power is supplied and stopping the operation when a measured value of the differential pressure gauge becomes zero; a diffusion valve connected to the first and the second airtight pressure vessel and adjusting an opening degree to diffuse the gas within the first and the second airtight pressure vessel; and a controller for controlling the operations of the differential pressure gauge, the timer and the diffusion valve, operates the heater until the temperature within the first and the second airtight pressure vessel arrives at the temperature set in the temperature displaying device, and stopping the operation of the heater in the case that the temperature within the vessels is over the set temperature in order to regulate the temperature within the first and the second airtight pressure vessel.
