Disclosed is a sealing method which is a sealing process using hot water which makes an aluminum oxide film have greater excellent physical and chemical properties than a sealing process using steam, and a sealing device used therefor. The disclosed sealing method comprises: an aluminum member immersion step of immersing an aluminum member on which the porous aluminum oxide (Al_2O_3) film is formed in ion exchanged water; and an ion exchanged water heating step of maintaining the ion exchanged water in a liquid state not to be boiled at temperatures greater than 100°C.
