The apparatus (1) has a dispenser unit for provision of tickets (2), and an identification device (3) for identification of the tickets before the tickets exit from an aperture (4) of the identification device. A removal unit (5) is provided with a conveying apparatus (6) corresponding to the aperture, where the tickets exiting from the aperture are placed on the conveying apparatus, so that one of the tickets lying on the conveying apparatus is passable into an access region (9) of the removal unit over the conveying apparatus.
