A GPS tracker device comprises an inner tracker body comprising an inner housing and a GPS tracker system within the housing. The GPS tracker system comprises a circuit board, a SIM card and a battery power source. The device further comprises an outer casing comprising a receiving location which receives the tracker body and a locking arrangement securing the tracker body in place within the receiving location. A carrying means is attached to the casing. The casing may be in two parts which lock together so as to lock the tracker in place, or it may be a single unit. The device is wearable, and may be in the form of a bracelet, ankle chain, neck chain, clip, hair ornament, badge, handbag or shoulder bag, or a pets collar or harness. Interchange of casings is possible. The position may be reported to a remote smartphone or PC with mapping software. |
