<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To quantitatively present freshness and reliability of management information by graphically displaying a ratio where the management information is updated within a prescribed period. <P>SOLUTION: Information is collected from each information providing apparatus and processing including display according to the freshness of information is executed. In this case, the freshness indicates how fresh the information is or how often the information is updated.
