<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To allocate a maintenance person who is suitable for maintenance of machines. <P>SOLUTION: This information processor 20 for maintaining the remote machine 10 is provided with: a maintenance problem creation/answer collection means for generating a plurality of an example maintenance problems, including a plurality of items of state information of the machine to time, transmitting them to a maintaining terminal 40, and collecting answers (estimated failure occurrence dates) for evaluating the answers, based on right answers (failure occurrence days); and a cluster generation means for generating data representing similarities among the plurality of example maintenance problems, selecting a plurality of maintenance problems having high similarity among the example maintenance problems from the plurality of example maintenance problems according to the similarity to generate a cluster, and storing identification information of the cluster into databases 2220, 2222. The cluster generation means extracts maintenance person identification information of the maintenance person for acquiring evaluation which is not less than a certain threshold to the answers of the plurality of maintenance problems of the cluster, and stores it into a database associatively to the identification information of the cluster. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT |
