The bushing (1) has a tube element that is made of plastic material. A circulating flange (3) is raised away from the tube element for fastening of a bushing main portion, during incorporation in the wall or floor element. A reinforcement element (8) is arranged at an inner jacket surface of the tube element. A cross-sectional profile of a through-hole is extended in a longitudinal direction (4) of the tube element such that an idle portion of the circulating flange is provided in specific portion of the tube element.
