摘要 The present invention relates to a cooling material manufacturing device capable of manufacturing a cooling material manufactured by cutting a cold-rolled steel sheet into rectangular plates of predetermined size with a single press. Forming blades cutting the front end of the steel sheet are formed on the front end of a lower mold. The forming blade includes perpendicular blades which cut the steel sheet in a width direction perpendicular to a progressing direction at a constant length; and parallel blades which are spaced at constant intervals in the width direction of the steel sheet and which cut the steel sheet in the progressing direction. The perpendicular blades of length the same with one side of the cooling material are alternately formed on the front and rear ends of the forming blade. The parallel blade is formed between the facing ends of the perpendicular blades on the front and rear sides of the forming blade to be parallel to the progressing direction. Forming blades which faces the forming blades of the lower mold and which are alternatively formed are formed on the front end of an upper mold. Perpendicular blades, which cut the steel sheet in a width direction perpendicular to a progressing direction at a constant length, are alternately formed on the front and rear ends of the upper mold. Both ends of parallel blades are in contact with the facing ends of the perpendicular blades which are alternately formed. The present invention has an effect of forming equipment required for manufacturing the cooling material at lower costs in comparison with an existing device.
