The present invention relates to a portable rehabilitation exercise device for knee joints. The device includes a drive unit which rotationally connects a lower leg wearing unit to a thigh wearing unit and rotates the lower leg wearing unit at a connection part. The device improves rehabilitation efficiency by controlling the drive unit in isokinetics exercise using a controller and can be conveniently used regardless of space.
