The present invention relates to a method for transmitting data and a reference signal for demodulation of the data to a receiving device by a transmitting device. The transmitting device of the present invention appropriately constitutes the reference signal for the demodulation of the data transmitted to the receiving device by the transmitting device and transmits the reference signal with the data to the receiving device. According to embodiments of the present invention, the demodulation performance of the data transmitted to the receiving device by the transmitting device can be improved.
