<p>A proxy method of a media stream, a voice exchanger, and a communication system are provided. The proxy method of the media stream includes the following steps. The voice exchanger acquires address of a callee which has gone through Net Address Translation (NAT), replaces a constructed address and constructed port of the callee carried in a media stream message sent by a caller with the address of the callee which has gone through the NAT, and sends the replaced media stream message to the callee. The voice exchanger includes an acquisition unit, a replacement unit, and a forwarding unit. The communication system includes a voice exchanger and an NAT device.</p> |
