摘要 The objective is to achieve low power consumption of a driving circuit by reducing the driving voltage of the driving circuit. The amplitude voltage of a signal (IN1) is increased and outputted by a level shift circuit. More specifically, the amplitude voltage of the signal (IN1) is increased to be outputted. Thereby, the amplitude voltage of a circuit (shift resister circuit, decoder circuit, etc) which outputs a signal (IN) can be reduced. Therefore, power consumption of the circuit can be reduced. Also, voltage which is applied to a transistor of the circuit can be reduced, thereby preventing the deterioration or breakage of the transistor.
