<p>A cleaning apparatus comprises an applicator portion 101 having a fluid delivery outlet 170 through which heated cleaning fluid is dispensed, a boiler 110 through which a flow of cleaning fluid may be established from a fluid source to the fluid delivery outlet 170 of the applicator portion 101 and a heater portion 120. The boiler 110 includes a heater conduit 125 through which a flow of heated gases is established thereby to heat cleaning fluid in the boiler 110, the boiler 110 further including a pair of hollow tubes 125, 111 being an inner tube 125 arranged to pass through, at least in part, an outer tube 111, the boiler 110 being arranged wherein cleaning fluid to be heated is heated in a reservoir or annulus provided between the tubes 111, 125, the inner tube 125 defining at least a portion of the heater conduit. The heater portion 120 can be a fuel burner in which case the gases are combustion gases plus air or an electric burner in which case the gases are ambient air drawn into the cleaning apparatus.</p> |
