PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a navigation device capable of shortening a time from engine start until departure of a vehicle. SOLUTION: This navigation device 100 is loaded on a moving body, and displays prescribed information at a starting time. A photographing part 110 photographs a periphery of the moving body. A display part 101 displays information to be provided to a user. An image acquisition part 102 acquires an image photographed by the photographing part 110 for photographing the periphery of the moving body. A display control part 103 displays on the display part 101, an image acquired by the image acquisition part 102 at least until starting processing of the navigation device 100 is finished at the starting time of the navigation device 100. A photographing control part 104 controls a photographing direction of the photographing part 110. A storage part 105 stores a moving state of the moving body detected by a detection part 106.
