摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for dephosphorizing molten iron in which the slag generated from a converter containing fluorine is used as a source, concretely, when the molten iron in a pig iron ladle car is subjected to the dephosphorization, while the slag containing the fluorine as the origin of the converter is used as a part of a dephosphorizing agent, the occurrence of slopping at dephosphorization, is prevented and the discharge of the slag from the pig iron ladle car after dephosphorize-processing, is improved and the discharged slag can be reused without giving bad influence to the global atmosphere. SOLUTION: When the molten iron in the pig iron ladle car, is sublected to dephosphorizing by using a dephosphorizing agent in which the slag generated from the converter containing the fluorine is mixed, as the slag generated from the converter, the slag containing≥0.1 mass% fluorine, is used and as the dephosphorizing agent, the one containing CaO-source and iron oxide, is used and then, a basicity of the slag after dephosphorization, is set to 2.1-3.0 and the fluorine contained in the slag after dephosphorization, is set to 0.01-0.13 mass%.
