The method comprises: applying cocoa-containing composition on an inner wall portion (3) of a first half-mold (1) for forming a ground layer; distributing the particulate-absorbing elements on or in the ground layer; and cooling the composition layer. The inner wall portion is planar or concave wall portion, and has an area of 8 cm 2>. The composition applying step is carried out by vibrating the first half-mold to obtain uniform thickness of the composition layer. The ground layer has a thickness of 2-4 mm. The composition applying step is carried out manually or by make-up technology. The method comprises: applying cocoa-containing composition on an inner wall portion (3) of a first half-mold (1) for forming a ground layer; distributing the particulate-absorbing elements on or in the ground layer; and cooling the composition layer. The method further comprises: introducing the cocoa-containing composition in the first half-mold and/or in the second half-mold; assembling the first half-mold and the second half-mold; filling cocoa-containing composition in between the molds; and cooling the composition in the half-molds.
