The present invention relates to a sit-up bench using a link and, more specifically, to a sit-up bench using a link, capable of enabling a user to simultaneously exercise a lower body and an upper body by doing sit-ups using leg power. The sit-up bench comprises a back support which is installed on the back part of a seat board to be rotatable and a leg support which is installed on the front part of the seat board to be rotatable. The back support and the leg support are connected to each other through a link unit, wherein the link unit comprises a first link of which one end is connected to the leg support; a second link of which one end is connected to the back support and the other end is connected to the free end of the first link; and a third link of which one end is connected to the lower part of a leg of the seat board, and the other end is connected to the center of the first link. By this structure, the back support and the leg support are connected to each other through the link unit, thereby simultaneously exercising abs and legs, and, by pushing up the back support by using leg power, the elderly and infirm who do not have enough power can use the same. |
