The masonry support attachment is for an adjustable building prop 2 including an end plate 3 at its upper end. The attachment includes (a) a body portion having a way 17 to engage with the endplate and (b) a number of elongate support bars 10 extending from the body portion and arrange to project laterally of the body portion in use. Also claimed is a second attachment with parts 6 which receive and support the distal ends of the elongate support bars of the earlier attachment. Also claimed is a system with both of the attachments are used on two sides of a wall and the elongate bars of one attachment pass through the wall and into the receiving parts of the other attachment. Also claimed is a method of supporting a structure comprising providing an attachment and drilling a number of holes through the structure. |
