<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information processing apparatus performing higher-accuracy consumer classification. <P>SOLUTION: This information processing apparatus 100 classifies each consumer M into five groups by use of singing history information of the plurality of consumers M acquired from a singing history database 3131. The information processing apparatus 100 calculates a trend finding degree of each consumer M based on the singing history information of the plurality of consumers M classified into an innovator group acquired from the singing history database 3131.
