PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a seat for a vehicle which can store an ottoman responding to request of getting on/off a seat in rear. SOLUTION: The seat for a vehicle includes a seat cushion, a seat back, an ottoman provided turnable between a developed position and a stored position centering on the front end part of the seat cushion, a seat slide mechanism to slide the seat cushion between a sitting position and a front position in front thereof, a slide forcing mechanism to forcibly slide the seat to the front position responding to request of getting on/off a seat in rear of the seat, and an ottoman storing means to move the ottoman to the stored position responding to the sitting request.
