A face identification device which manages a user through a user grouping, a system, and a method thereof are disclosed. The face identification device according to an embodiment of the present invention comprises a database in which face information according to users is mapped and stored; a face identification unit which identifies the face information of the user; and a user managing unit which classifies groups which include the users in which the face information is not similar using a similarity index between the face information of the users identified through the face identification unit so that the users having similar face information are not included in a same group. The user managing unit stores a classified result in the database.
