The present invention relates to a device for preventing electrical short and relieving inner pressure of pipe for oil-filling heating pipes, which includes a casing with a hollow structure in which the lower side provided to an end of an excel pipe filled with thermal medium oil is open; a cap on the lower side of the casing; a pipe body included between the casing and the cap; covers sealing the two ends of the pipe body; and a support pipe body having spring units which are arranged between the covers and included by the pipe body, wherein a wire penetrates the casing, the support pipe body, and the cap to be connected to heating lines in the excel pipe. Therefore, the device for preventing electrical short and relieving inner pressure of pipe for oil-filling heating pipes according to an embodiment of the present invention is capable of preventing oil leakage due to high pressure as a rubber packing is expanded even when the thermal medium oil filling the excel pipe expands due to the electric resistive heat of the heating lines and completely preventing electrical short by coating the joint between the wire and the heating lines. |
