The present invention relates to a system for providing exercise contents using exercise quantity information and, more particularly, to a system for providing exercise contents using exercise quantity information which includes: an exercise quantity measuring device (100) which measures the exercise quantity of a user; a service providing server (200) which extracts the exercise contents; and a smart TV (300) which receives the exercise contents extracted from the service providing server (200) and outputs the exercise contents.
