There is a purpose made casement 1 that facilitates in the application of foam insulation to a range of pipe junctions 3 made by a variety of manufacturers found in the plumbing industry. Once the casement is attached to the plumbing junction and pipes 2 it is then sealed and foam is applied or injected into the casement through a one-way valve (7 figure 11a). The foam is then able to circulate around the plumbing junction but remain within the casement. |
