The present invention relates to a salad dressing composition which is produced by mixing and agitating 40 parts by weight of a plum extract, 20 parts by weight of a chili pepper extract, 5 parts by weight of a mulberry extract; 5 parts by weight of a red onion extract, 5 parts by weight of a beet extract, 5 parts by weight of a shiitake extract, 5 parts by weight of a schisandra extract, 5 parts by weight of a tangerine extract, 5 parts by weight of an angelica extract, and 5 parts by weight of a persimmon vinegar extract. According to the present invention, fruit enzymes or wild herb enzymes are added to the salad dressing and thus a person can eat vegetables and enzymes at the same time. Therefore, the salad dressing composition can satisfy consumers who follow well-being trends. |
