A system for the diagnosis and treatment of cold hypersensitivity comprises: a body data collection unit including at least two body sensors which measure the body information of a patient to generate a first body data; a cold hypersensitivity discrimination unit which generates cold hypersensitivity discrimination data for determining the relative seriousness of cold hypersensitivity of the patient by using the first body data generated from the body sensors; a control unit which measures oxygen pressure being supplied to the patient and oxygen supply time by the cold hypersensitivity discrimination data; and an oxygen chamber unit which accommodates the patient and supplies oxygen under the oxygen pressure for the oxygen supply time.
