The present invention is to correct soft errors produced in a picture or image. Particularly, the present invention relates to an error correction technology capable of improving the performance of image relating processes by roughly correcting errors using average data of a corresponding location when soft errors are produced in image relating processes such as recognizing patterns or machine vision. By using the present invention, soft errors can be roughly corrected using the average data of a corresponding location in which the errors are detected when processing a certain frame of an image or video. Through this, without an increase in processing rod, the performance of image relating processes such as pattern recognition or user recognition can be improved.
