PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a changeable good-looking decorative panel by making the bright expression of a decorative pattern formed on a light transmitting substrate in an optional color possible by using light in a visible domain. SOLUTION: The decorative pattern 12 set on the back 11b opposite to the front 11a which is the light incidence side of the substrate 11 is formed by a reflection surface 121 in an irregular three-dimensional shape formed on the basis of a chaos theory formula. Light incident on the substrate 11 is reflected totally, or part of the incident light is reflected to transmit the residual part.
