PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a control device for a DC-DC converter, which effectively suppresses voltage fluctuation arising from a dead-time, without causing unstable control. SOLUTION: When the output voltage Vout of the DC-DC converter 3 fluctuates at or over the voltage to be estimated at the maximum load fluctuation, it is determined that a duty fluctuation is caused through the dead-time, a dead-time compensation value Dcmp is output corresponding to the then converter load state S(n), and the dead-time compensation value Dcmp is added to the duties D1, D2 which operate the switching elements Q1 to Q3 of the DC-DC converter 3, suppressing the voltage fluctuation arising from the dead-time.
