<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for simply marking an antibody in a short period. <P>SOLUTION: The method for preparing a fusion protein of an antibody and a protein includes making an expression vector express, the vector having a gene, which codes the light chain of the antibody or the constant domain of the light chain, and a gene, which codes a protein, in connection to express a fusion protein of the light chain of the antibody or the constant domain of the light chain with the protein by introducing the expression vector to the antibody or to a cell which expresses a part of the antibody. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT |
