PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an anti-theft device of motorcycle which can be disposed in a place while effectively utilizing a storage space and other vehicle body spaces. SOLUTION: The anti-theft device of motorcycle is configured such that the anti-theft device 50 is disposed so as to face a bottom surface of a seat 26; the seat 26 is formed so that two persons of a rider and a passenger can ride tandem thereon; a fuel tank 22 is disposed forward the seat 26; a superposed part 94 is formed so that a rear part of the fuel tank 22 is superposed with a front part of the seat 26 from above the fuel tank; and the anti-theft device 50 is mounted on a fuel tank 22 side of the superposed part.
