The present invention relates to a dissolved air flotation device and, more particularly, to a dissolved air flotation device including a fiber yarn filter that below a floating tank to prevent micro floc outflow and improve outflow water quality. The present invention provides the dissolved air flotation device including the fiber yarn filter having a sludge discharge channel discharging treated water to the lower portion of the floating tank and discharging sludge to the upper portion of the floating tank. The dissolved air flotation device includes a tubular filter vessel; the fiber yarn filter that is provided in the filter vessel; a fiber yarn controlling unit that controls entanglement and unwinding of the fiber yarn filter; a backwash water supply pipe that is provided under the fiber yarn filter; a water passage hole that is formed on a side surface of the filter vessel; an opening/closing piece that opens and closes the water passage hole; a treated water discharge port that is formed at the lower portion of the back end of the filter vessel; and a backwash water discharge port that is formed in an upper portion at the back end of the filter vessel to be connected to the sludge discharge channel.
