The present invention relates to an anti-aging cosmetic composition containing an enzymatically decomposed apple extract which includes galacturonic acid as an active ingredient. In particular, the anti-aging cosmetic composition containing an enzymatically decomposed apple extract is produced by the steps of: triturating washed apples; producing an apple puree by heating and dispersing the triturated apples; decomposing the apple puree by adding a pectin-decomposing enzyme; extracting and filtrating the decomposed apple puree by a solvent into an enzymatically decomposed apple extract; and concentrating under reduced pressure and freeze-drying the enzymatically decomposed apple extract, which is filtered. The anti-aging cosmetic composition has outstanding anti-aging effects such as reducing biosynthesis of MMP-1, stimulating biosynthesis of procollagen type 1, and improving skin wrinkles and elasticity by containing 0.001-30.0 weight% of the enzymatically decomposed apple extract which includes galacturonic acid as an active ingredient.
